Zoals eerder vermeld ben ik deze zomer ruim vijf weken in ALtenburg, Thüringen, Duitsland geweest voor de achtste editie van het project ‘If Paradise Is Half As Nice’, ofwel IPIHAN #8. Zowel werkperiode als presentatieweekend waren een groot succes; u heeft misschien het één en ander meegekregen via de sociale media.
Hieronder ziet u een aantal foto’s van een deel van het door mij gemaakte werk aldaar. Ik presenteerde een installatie genaamd ‘(Es war) einmal in Altenburg’, bestaande uit diverse schilderijen, wand- en vloerschilderingen, sculpturen en objecten.
De komende tijd zal ik nog meer van het werk op mijn website onthullen.

As I announced earlier, I’ve spent a little over five weeks working in Altenburg, Thüringen, Germany, as part of the IPIHAN-project; the eighth edition of ‘If Paradise Is Half As Nice’. Both the residency and the presentation weekend were a great success; you may have seen something come by on social media.
Below you’ll find some photos of part of the works I created there. I presented an installation entitled ‘(Es war) einmal in Altenburg’, consisting of paintings, murals and floor paintings, sculptures and objects.
